Management Basics
The module provides conceptual knowledge, theory and comprehension relative to management fundamentals and international management. This block identifies and investigates the appropriate strategies for corporate success, descriptions of important concepts and practices of modern management.
Students will learn how to make use of basic managerial techniques in order to improve their own management effectiveness and the effectiveness of their organizations. The module is accomplished with production cases, quality management, and international management topics.
The module consists of the following courses:
Human Resources Management
The module deepens knowledge in the management of individuals, groups, and teams. The managerial personality, social and intercultural competences, and management typologies contribute to organisational success.
The aim of the module is to increase the social competence of managers in the field of human resources management and leadership. Tutorials, examples and mutual talks will be transformed to the special position of managers in the education.

Framework of Economics
This module follows economic principles that are in the background of the most manager problems of private companies as well as of public institutions.
The module will deal with finding an optimal way of organizing individual information into a comprehensive system, so that the acquired information can provide efficient help to their decision making process. The subjects of the module should also help managers better understand the market environment their firm or institution.
The second part is devoted to the understanding of world economy context.
Third part of module is based on the statistical application in economy and management.

Corporate Governance, Legal Environment and Business Ethics
This module delves into the legal and ethical principles in the management of varying types of enterprises and organizations. In addition, the module discusses the application of business law and ethics based on managerial responsibility in European Union.
The module corporate governance and legal framework teach on the one hand the definition, goals, and examples of corporate governance and its strategies in the EU context today.
On the other hand it provides with the necessary legal framework such as legal risk management, liability strategies, basics in intellectual properties and basics in mergers / acquisitions and International Civil and Commercial Law.

Marketing
This module provides participants a deeper knowledge of marketing management and decision-making to analyze and develop an environment with greater emphasis on the consumer.
The Module will provide the graduates on the one hand the management tools and possibilities of marketing and on the other hand the principles of the consumer behavior. This enables students to understand and to apply the marketing management theory and practical tools.

Accounting, Taxation, Auditing
Graduates of this module should be able to interpret financial position and performance of an entity based on its financial statements. Also, they should understand the process of financial statements preparation. Besides, they should be able to evaluate tax impacts of various transactions.
Graduates should be able to use financial information for managing purposes (controlling, decision making etc.) and should be able to design accounting model which would provide appropriate information input. Last but not least, they should understand how financial information are reviewed and audited to be able to judge a reliability of financial information.

Financial Management
The module gives an explanation of essentials of finance in the company – operation of financial and money market in relation to business sphere.
Basic goal of managerial finance is to provide to participants current tools and methods for company value management – managing and securing investments, managing value of company assets.
Module presents the introduction to the principles and the practical procedures for the financing of corporations, conveying basic knowledge of the structure and types of financing firms with a special highlighting the possibilities of international financing.

Information Management
Main goal of the course is to help change the perception of the Information systems as an unbiased and neutral sources of information and help to understand complexity and variability of modern world – information society. The area is quite broad and interdisciplinary – reaching out of pure informatics into spheres such as economics, sociology, philosophy and law.
The frame of the module represents the information management methods and tools. The core of the module is in the presentation of the principles of effective usage, development and innovation of IS/ICT in companies. The emphasis is put on the suitable relationship between IS/ICT and business processes and ICT role entrepreneurial projects.

Strategic Management
This module provides the participants with basic insight into the field of strategic management. Part of it is the emphasis on the way of thinking and the actual strategic management work with the information about the company or organization. The module is divided into strategy, project management, and the use of innovation to improve the efficiency of corporate or organizational management.

Business and Entrepreneurship
The aim of the module is to provide participants basic overview of entrepreneurship and motivation to entrepreneurship. Further to develop skills required when starting a business activity and to show the specifics of management in particular levels in firms. The aim is to provide students with knowledge and skills needed for preparation, evaluation and analysis of the investment and project risk. The module will give a complete overview of the whole process when evaluating a business, approaches for business evaluation and systems of different evaluating methods.
